Common questions about the application process
You can submit your application without test scores and upload them later. However, your application will not be fully reviewed until all required materials are received. We recommend taking the test as early as possible.
You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after submission with your application reference number. Keep this number for tracking purposes. If you don’t receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact admissions@oxo.edu.kg.
Yes, you may indicate up to two program choices in your application (primary and alternate). However, you’ll need to explain your interest in both programs in your Statement of Purpose.
After submission:
(1) You’ll receive confirmation within 24 hours.
(2) Our admissions team reviews your application (2-3 weeks).
(3) You’ll receive a decision via email within 4 weeks.
(4) If accepted, you’ll receive detailed enrollment instructions.
All applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships based on their academic records. For need-based financial aid, you must complete the additional financial aid section in the application form and provide supporting documentation.
No, the $50 application fee is non-refundable once submitted. However, fee waivers are available for students with demonstrated financial need. Contact our admissions office before applying to request a waiver.
Minor updates (contact information, additional documents) can be sent via email to admissions@oxo.edu.kg with your application reference number. Major changes may require a new application.
