Founded in 2023 just outside Bishkek, Open Xenodochial Oasis University (OXOU) is a government-recognized and fully accredited institution committed to shaping visionary leaders through excellence in science, technology, and innovation.
Our name reflects our philosophy: Xenodochial — derived from Greek, meaning “hospitable to strangers”, captures our belief that great ideas emerge when diverse minds come together.
